Lita Rossana Ford (or Lita Ford as she is popularly known, was an American-born British singer and guitarist who led the women-only hard rock group The Runaways during the late 1970s. The group wasn't popular on the scene in The United States, it gained enormous popularity overseas. Ford's solo heavy metal career was successful after the 1979 group break-up. Following vocal training, she released her solo debut album, called 'Out for Blood'. This was followed by the release of her second album, 'Dancin on the Edge'. Ford's albums were not very well-received and she stayed away for a few years. Her smashing hit, 'Lita came out in 1989. The single 'Kiss Me Deadly as well as the ballad 'Close My Eyes Forever' were both huge success. Unfortunately, her popularity was only temporary and she was absent from the world of music for many years. She re-emerged when she released 'Black' in 1995. Then she released 'Wicked wonderland' almost 15 years later. "Time Capsule" was her album "Time Capsule" was released in the year 2016 by her.
