Lita Rossana Ford also known as Lita Ford, as she's more commonly known, was an American-born British musician and vocalist who led the women-only hard rock group The Runaways during the late 1970s. Ford began a solo heavy metal career after the disbandment from her band in 1979. She began taking voice classes before releasing her debut album "Out For Blood" and then "Dancin" in the Edge.
