Lita Rossana Ford is popularly referred to as Lita Ford is a British American musician, songwriter and guitarist who played lead guitar in the all-girl hard rock band The Runaways in the late 1970s.Their music and their rebellious lyrics made them popular throughout the world of rock. The band didn't have an enormous following within their home country of the United States. However, their fame grew internationally and especially in Japan. Ford embarked on a heavy-metal solo career following the band's broke up in 1979. She started taking voice lessons and then released her first album "Out to Blood" and then "Dancin" at the Edge.
