Teresa Palmer

Teresa Palmer is a model as well as an American actress with Australian origins. She is best known for her performance in the movie "237" for which was nominated for the Australian Film Institute Award for the best lead actress. She had a difficult childhood due to her parent's divorce and was brought up partly by her mother, and a portion through her dad. To ensure her finances her parents divorced, she quit college to pursue an acting career, working as an extra. She ultimately relocated to Hollywood and made her mark after her initial failures and rejections in the field of box office. Due to mixed reviews and a lack of experience, she was unable to compete in the highly popular entertainment market. With Australian actresses, NathalieKelley and TahynaTozzi the trio founded Avakea Productions. She also trained in martial art for roles in adventure movies. In addition, she was the brand ambassador of the "Modern Darling" collection of the Sydney jewelry designer Jan Logan. Mark Webber, an actor and director with whom she shares two children as well as a step-son from his past affair.
